Tom Hanks is close to a deal that would allow him to play, Walt Disney. In a film called, SAVING MR. BANKS. The movie focuses on the 14-year ordeal that Disney went through in order to get the rights to P.L. Travers’, MARY POPPINS.
Emma Thompson has been cast as Travers and the film will be directed by John Lee Hancock (The Blind Side).
